Rohit Sharma wished India U19 team taking on Australia in the U19 World Cup final. The defending champs India is on a winning streak in the U19 World Cup as they look to clinch another title. Australian skipper Hugh Weibgen won the toss and opted to bat first.
“We can play only one World Cup here so it means a lot to me and the guys with me, all of us want to lift the trophy” said Indian skipper Uday Saharan after the toss.
As mentioned above, India are on a winning streak this World Cup just like Rohit Sharma and Co in the 50-over World Cup last year. Saharan and Co began their campaign with wins over Bangladesh, Ireland and the USA in the group stage. They topped the group and entered Super Six where they made short work of New Zealand and Nepal to make it to the semifinals.
