While the biggest cricket stars in the world are currently facing tough battles and will continue to do so until the last week of May to capture the most famous league cricket trophy, the Indian Premier League, on the other hand, some players could miss the latter half of the IPL due to the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 in the USA and West Indies.

Let’s check out the full list of players who could miss the later stages of IPL 2024.

The majority of these players are from England, as the ECB wants them to be fresh before the tournament. On one hand, two-time world champion player Ben Stokes has opted out of the T20 World Cup 2024.

The ECB doesn’t want any more such news now. To avoid such occurrences, the ECB might pull a few probable players, such as Jos Buttler and Sam Curran, who are certainly going to feature in the T20 World Cup.

Apart from a few English players, Bangladesh speedster Mustafizur Rahman might also miss the second half of the IPL as he has reportedly flown back home to process his US visa ahead of the 2024 T20 World Cup.
