India cricket team keeper-batter KL Rahul and wife Athiya Shetty will auction memorabilia of some of the legends. The proceeds of the auction will go to children of the Vipla Foundation, formerly known as Save The Children foundation. The legends, including Rahul Dravid, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharna, and more will take part in the auction by donating something that is very close to their heart.
Items at KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty’s auction
- Bats of MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Rahul Dravid (Rs 3.5 lakhs)
- Virat Kohli’s gloves (Rs 50,000)
- Jerseys of KL Rahul and Jasprit Bumrah (Rs 1,50,000)
- KL Rahul’s helmets (Rs 50,000)
Apart from these cricketers, Ashwin, Shreyas Iyer, Chahal, Pant, Samson, Jadeja and LSG, along with international players; Buttler, de Kock, Stoinis and Pooran will also participate in the auction.
“When I reached out to the cricket fraternity, they were just as supportive in donating their precious cricket items for this great cause.
