Finally, Ee Sala Cup Namdu: Wishes pour in from cricketers after RCB’s title run in WPL 2024

Richa Ghosh hit the winning run to give the Royal Challengers Bangalore their maiden WPL title.

The cup is finally theirs! Smriti Mandhana and her troops have done it. After 16 years, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have a trophy in their cabinet. What the men couldn’t do in 16 years, the ladies have done in 2. Having faced defeat in the three past finals they made in the IPL, Mandhana has led the franchise to their first-ever title run.

Gayle, Chahal, Faf & Maxwell wish the RCB Women

From former players like Chris Gayle and Yuzvendra Chahal to current members like Glenn Maxwell, Dinesh Karthik, and Faf du Plessis, everyone joined the celebration train after the WPL 2024 Final. The list also included players like former Delhi Daredevils skipper Virender Sehwag and current Sunrisers Hyderabad player Mayank Agarwal.
