Young batter Priyansh Arya achieved a major milestone in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 during the match against Chennai Super Kings. He became the second-fastest batter to score a fifty this season, surpassing Australian batter Travis Head.
He has surpassed Travis Head, who had scored a fifty in 21 balls. He achieved this feat in just 19 balls at the Mullanpur Stadium while playing for Punjab Kings.

Nicholas Pooran, playing for Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), recorded the fastest fifty of IPL 2025. He reached the milestone in just 18 balls during a match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on 27th March 2025.
