Fakhar Zaman's slump in ODIs continued as got dismissed on 12 in Pakistan's World Cup opener against Netherlands.

Pakistan opener Fakhar Zaman’s horror form continued as he departed cheaply in PAK vs NED World Cup match at Hyderabad on Friday. The 33-year-old got caught and bowled in the 4th over of the innings.

Since his last ODI hundred which came in April this year, Zaman has struggled in the ODIs, scoring 159 in last 9 ODIs at an average of 19.87. He has a top score of 33 in last 9 ODIs.

Talking about the game, Pakistan have lost 3 wickets inside 10 overs in their World Cup opening match against Netherlands. While Fakhar Zaman departed on 12, skipper Babar Azam and opener Imam ul Haq fell on 5 and 15, respectively. Currently, Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel are standing unbeaten at the crease Earlier, Netherlands skipper Scott Edwards won the toss and opted to bowl.
