Employing his natural attacking style, Sarfaraz scored 62 runs off 66 balls in the first innings and remained unbeaten with 68 runs off 72 balls in the second. His stellar performance played a crucial role as India achieved their most significant Test cricket win by overpowering England by 434 runs.

Yashasvi Jaiswal notched a brilliant double century, while Ravindra Jadeja claimed figures of 5/41 as India dominated England, securing a monumental 434-run victory in the Rajkot Test within four days. Chasing a daunting target of 557, England succumbed to 122 all out, marking their sixth-lowest Test total against India. Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav dismantled England’s batting lineup, enabling India to wrap up the match in under 40 overs and surge ahead to a 2-1 lead in the series.
