What did Babar Azam say to Azam Khan?

The video reportedly captures a lighthearted football session amongst the Pakistani players. However Azam allegedly called Khan “Genda,” a term used to describe a rhinoceros, and often used in a derogatory way to mock someone’s weight. While Azam Khan didn’t appear to react strongly, some teammates were seen laughing it off.
