Purani Dilli lost their second match on the trot as they suffered a defeat against East Delhi, in a low-scoring match on Tuesday. After scoring 142/8, Purani Dilli could not defend the score, as East Delhi achieved the target in only 16 overs.
Purani Delhi 6 will lock horns with East Delhi Riders in match number 5 of the ongoing Delhi Premier League (DPLT20) at 2 PM. Rishabh Pant will lead PD while Himmat Singh will captain EDR. East Delhi are currently on top of the points table with two points. Meanwhile, Purani Delhi lost their opening match of the tournament and are yet to open their account.
