Ashutosh played a quickfire 33-run knock off just 15 deliveries, smashing two sixes and three fours. He played a fiery knock, striking at 220.00. Shashank Singh, on the other hand, remained unbeaten on 46, striking six fours and one six in his knock. PBKS skipper Shikhar Dhawan heaped praise on the duo for playing consistently and credited them for nerly finishing the game for the side.
The final over turned out to be an eventful one. Three dropped catches (two of them palmed over the ropes), three wides and three sixes were the highlights of Unadkat’s over. The duo of Sharma and Shashank stitched together a 66-run partnership of 27 deliveries as they nearly pulled it off for PBKS.
