CSK vs LSG highlights: In a thrilling encounter of IPL 2024, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pulled off a remarkable win against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the M.A Chidambaram Stadium in Match 39. This victory marked LSG’s doing a double over CSK, having defeated them earlier in the season as well.

CSK, after being put to bat first, got off to a strong start with Ruturaj Gaikwad smashing his maiden IPL century as a CSK captain. He batted out for the hosts and found an able ally in Shivam Dube, who muscled LSG bowlers for 66 in just 27 balls. Their superb stand of 104 runs led CSK to post an above par total of 210/4 in the first innings.

LSG’s chase began on a shaky note, with skipper KL Rahul departing early. However, the hero of the night, Marcus Stoinis, stepped up in magnificent fashion. Stoinis played a powerful knock, culminating in a match-winning century. The final over of the match added to the drama. LSG needed just 17 runs to win, but Stoinis held his nerve and sealed the victory for LSG. Below are four of the best highlights of the match.

Shivam Dube let loose, smokes hat-trick of sixes

Shivam Dube continued his impressive run in IPL 2024 with a blazing knock. He started cautiously, scoring 19 runs off his first 10 deliveries. However, the 16th over was a turning point. Dube unleashed his power, taking on young pacer Yash Thakur.
