Ravindra Jadeja and Tushar Deshpande were excellent with three-wicket hauls as KKR could only manage 137/9 in 20 overs. Mustafizur Rahman, the new leader of IPL 2024 Purple Cap race, bowled an excellent spell of 2/22. In the end, CSK chased down the target in 17.4 overs with Ruturaj Gaikwad leading from the front with an unbeaten 67-run knock.
