RCB’s UAE Travel
RCB will leave for the UAE on August 29 to begin preparations for the remainder of IPL 2021. The group will assemble in Bengaluru by August 21 and will undergo 7 days of quarantine.
The team will then leave for UAE via a charter flight. Upon arriving in Dubai, they will further undergo 6-day quarantine. In the desert country, they will be joined by Head Coach Mike Hesson and other foreign players. Skipper Virat Kohli will be arriving after completing the England series days before IPL 2021 Phase 2 starts on September 19.
IPL 2021 UAE leg: Mumbai Indians’ quarantine ends, starts training:
Mumbai Indians was the first franchise to reach UAE for the second phase of IPL 2021. The five-time champions, MI reached UAE on August 13 and are staying at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in Abu Dhabi. Mumbai Indians is staying in an ultra-luxury resort in Abu Dhabi. The swanky hotel in Abu Dhabi costs around Rs 25,000 per day.
The MI Paltan went into a mandatory six-day quarantine as per the protocols as soon as they touchdown UAE. They have completed their mandatory 6-day campaign and began training sessions from today at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
IPL 2021 UAE leg: Chennai Super Kings – quarantine over, starts training:
MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) reached the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Phase 2 of IPL 2021 on Friday, August 13. CSK was the second franchise to touch down UAE after Mumbai Indians. They are staying at Th8 Palm Hotel. This luxury hotel has a separate section reserved for the three times IPL Champions Chennai Super Kings. Even the part of the hotel has been painted in the colors of the CSK team. The luxurious hotel costs around Rs 30,000 a day.
CSK’s mandatory campaign ended today and the side is likely to begin the pre-season training soon.

IPL 2021 UAE leg: Punjab Kings (PBKS) Reached on August 29:
PBKS CEO Satish Menon told InsideSport that the team will leave for the UAE on August 29. Punjab Kings have been one of the underachievers in the history of the Indian Premier League and would be eyeing their maiden IPL title win.
A couple of Punjab Kings players including skipper KL Rahul, opener Mayank Agarwal, and key pacer Mohammad Shami are taking part in the ENG vs IND Test series and are likely to join the squad just ahead of the tournament. However, there is no official confirmation on the dates as well as the hotel/resort in which Punjab Kings will be staying in UAE.
IPL 2021 UAE leg: Sunrisers Hyderabad set to leave for UAE on August 31:
As per InsideSport sources, the 2016 IPL champions, Sunrisers Hyderabad is likely to set up the camp in UAE in the next two weeks. The franchise is set to leave for UAE on August 31 and is currently focusing on the logistics and other formalities to head to UAE.
SRH’s pace spearhead, T Natarajan is also expected to travel to UAE with the rest of the contingent on August 31. Natarajan is nursing a knee injury and is likely to get permission from NCA to fly with the SRH squad.
IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals reach UAE for IPL Phase 2, enter quarantine; Follow live updates: Delhi Capitals on Saturday reached the UAE to play the remaining leg of the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). “Phir Se Ud Chala 2.0. We’re off to UAE,” Delhi Capitals posted a video on Instagram. The players are now undergoing 6 days mandatory quarantine. Star batsman Shreyas Iyer is already in the UAE with the fitness coach and the rest of the squad will join the Delhi Capitals set-up following the conclusion of their international commitments.

IPL 2021 UAE leg: RR and KKR likely to touch down UAE by September 02
Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders are also in line to reach Dubai by September 2. While Kolkata Knight Riders are expected to leave on August 27, Royals are likely to reach Dubai by September 02.
