IPL 2023: The first game of the Indian Premier League 2023 between the defending champions Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings lived up to the hype. Prior to the game, the opening ceremony, which featured performances by famous singer Arijit Singh and actors Tamannaah Bhatia and Rashmika Mandanna, also won over the audience’s hearts. The two captains—MS Dhoni of CSK and Hardik Pandya of GT—joined the stage towards the conclusion of the opening ceremony to pose for pictures with the artists and BCCI officials as well as the winners’ trophy, and it was at that point that Arijit touched Dhoni’s feet.
