Rajat Patidar Injury Update: IPL 2023- Royal Challengers Bangalore batter Rajat Patidar has been ruled out of the entire IPL 2023 due to an injury to his Achilles Heel injury. As a result, the BCCI has confirmed that Patidar will undergo surgery in England, with all expenses being covered by the board. Although Rajat Patidar is not a centrally contracted player, the BCCI is committed to providing him with the best possible care for his injury. BCCI To Bear Rajat Patidar Injury Expense

A BCCI official said, “The BCCI will send Patidar for surgery although he is not a centrally contracted player. He is one of the targeted players and we will ensure he gets the best treatment.”

Rajat Patidar, came into the limelight with a swashbuckling century in the IPL playoffs last year. He was expected to play a key role for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the upcoming season. However, his injury has dashed those hopes, leaving the team without one of its key players.

In a statement, RCB expressed its disappointment over Patidar’s injury status and wished him a speedy recovery. “Unfortunately, Rajat Patidar has been ruled out of IPL 2023 due to an Achilles Heel injury.
