Axar Patel Message to Rishabh Pant

Axar Patel, who played a crucial role in Delhi Capitals’ run last year, expressed his sadness at the absence of Pant from the team. In a recent Delhi Capitals video on social media, Axar said, “Jo humara main leader tha woh ghayal ho choke hain. But on a serious note, tere ko bahut miss karenge or jaldi se recover hoja, baaki tb tk toh hum sambhal lenge lekin teri zarurat toh rahegi or kami toh koi puri nhi kr skta. Delhi team or pura staff pray kr rhe hain ki woh jaldi thik ho jaye or wapas se cricket me aa jaye.”

Rishabh Pant, who was appointed as the captain of the Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2021 edition, suffered multiple injuries in an accident in December last year. He underwent surgery for his knee and was advised to rest. Pant has since missed the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia and will be unavailable for the Indian Premier League.
