IND vs AUS Tickets: India and Australia are supposed to lock horns today at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai but not all fans are lucky enough to see their team play even after paying for it. Follow IND vs AUS Live Updates with InsideSport.IN.
In the digitalized world we live in, paper is quickly becoming obselete yet for BCCI it seems like it is the only option. The video below is taken by fans at the Azaad Maidan in Mumbai. Fans had already bought online tickets but are still supposed to collect these physical tickers from here.
Scenes at the Azaad Maidan in Mumbai. Online tickets are supposed to be collected from here. Number of counters should be increased if they know that a large no. of people are expected. Horrible management 👎
Won’t suggest to anyone.@MumbaiCricAssoc @NorthStandGang @BCCI pic.twitter.com/rP51wcFDJj— Ojas Naidu (@Cricky_Nerd) March 17, 2023
Wankhede Stadium can hold upto 33000 fans yet the video you can see hundreds if not thousands of fans collecting their tickets from a singular window.
BCCI is the richest board in the world and yet fans who have bought the ticket can’t or won’t be able to watch and enjoy the game they love. This is not the first time BCCI has fumbled the bag in the ongoing Australia tour of India. The 3rd Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy was supposed to be played in Dharamshala but ground as even prepared just days prior to the match due to which the match had to be shifted to Indore on a short notice.
Dharamshala will not host IND vs AUS 3rd Test as the ground isn’t ready after being relayed.
