IND vs ENG Test: Zac Crawley believes on the off chance of England victory in Hyderabad Test

Day 3 went in favour of Ollie Pope and England. This has prompted opener Zac Crawley to be optimistic that England can pull off a miracle win in IND vs ENG Test. Coming to bat with a deficit of 190 runs, England ended Day 3 with 316/6 and a lead of 126 runs. The chief architect for England – Ollie Pope’s unbeaten 148 run knock.

The Indian Cricket Team dominated proceedings on the first 2 days, but England took advantage of a tired India to continue scoring runs on a free flowing fashion. Zac Crawley believes if England can score a few more runs on Day 4 they have a good chance of winning the Test.

“We’re happy, unbelievable knock by Ollie. Few more runs in the morning it could be a tricky chase. We would have taken this for sure, another 45-50 runs, it could be a tricky chase for them. Rehan too is an amazing talent, he’s very confident as well, hopefully he can get some runs in the morning,” said Zac Crawley after stumps on Day 3.

A sensational knock by Ollie Pope on Day 3 has saved England from being lost in the abyss. This has led the English players to believe that they have a chance of turning the game on its head and win the tie.

Zac Crawley gave England a good start. But he was dismissed by Ravichandran Ashwin for a second time in the game for 31 runs. “He bowled a nice ball today, he’s allowed to do that. nothing changes for me,” Crawley concluded.
