Umpire believes that a tiny bit of the foot is behind the line.

With Varun Chakravarthy bowling, Bethell was beaten by a straight delivery. Wicketkeeper Sanju Samson swiftly removed the bails, prompting an appeal. The replay showed that part of Bethell’s foot seemed to be behind the line, leading the umpire to declare him not out. Despite the anxious looks from the Indian team, Bethell confidently passed the stumping scare. The decision stirred mixed reactions both on and off the field. Some felt the call was fair, as the replays showed only a very small part of Bethell’s foot behind the line.

He clean-bowled Liam Livingstone and Harry Brook in the match. Jos Buttler held the innings with confident strokes, reaching his half-century in quick fashion.
