Ind-W vs Ban-W : The third ODI between India Women and Bangladesh Women ended in a dramatic tie on Saturday, 22nd July 2023. Chasing a modest total of 226, India floundered after a great start to the chase The Bangladesh bowlers made a spirited comeback with the ball. From 193/4, the Women in Blue were bowled out for 225. With the result, the series came to an end with both the teams winning one match each. In the third ODI India were on top needing 10 runs off 19 balls with 4 wickets in hand. Jemimah Rodrigues fought hard till the end for India and remained unbeaten on 33.

However India needed just 3 runs off the last over. With one wicket remaining, Meghna Singh and Jemimah scored a singles each off the first two ball to level the scores. In the very next delivery, Nigar Sultana picked up the wicket of the Meghna Singh and the thrilling contest ended in a tie.
