Centurion Park Cricket Stadium

Centurion Park, also known as SuperSport Park since the television giant bought shares in the stadium. The ground is situated in Centurion, South Africa. First international ODI game was played here in December 1992 when India travelled to South Africa for the first time after the Proteas‘ readmission to international cricket. India won that game by four wickets.

Speaking about the home team, it is the Titans who have played their home games at this ground since 2004, Centurion Park is also the home of the Pretoria Capitals cricket team. To date, the ground has an impressive history of hosting thrilling, high-scoring clashes. Despite being famous for giving bowlers an extra edge, the ground also offers good scoring opportunities for batters. With a capacity of 22,000 spectators, it provides a charged-up atmosphere during crucial international matches. Although unpredictable weather has, at times, caused interruptions and delays, this ground remains popular among many teams who enjoy playing here.
