Punjab De Sher opted to bat first, scoring 81/4 in 10 overs and scored 125/4 in their second innings. Dakssh Singh shone with an impressive 73 not out off 24 balls, supported by Harrdy Sandhu’s 16. Bhojpuri Dabanggs, chasing 105 to win, managed 104/5 in their first innings and ended at 89/6 in the second. Asgar Khan played well for Bhojpuri with a quick 43 off 20 balls. Suyyush Rai and Jassie Gill were key bowlers for Punjab, taking two wickets each. This victory marked Punjab De Sher’s first win of the season.
