‘Can’t even’: Ex-Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed vehemently denies migrating to UK

Former Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed rubbished reports that claimed that he had moved to the United Kingdom (UK) along with his family and called it fabricated. A day earlier, reports claimed that the wicketkeeper-batter was all set to make the move as his future with the Pakistan team was very uncertain.

Sarfaraz Ahmed has no plans of leaving Pakistan

Speaking to Saamna Digital, Sarfaraz claimed that he can’t even think of leaving Pakistan. The wicketkeeper lashed out at the reports and said that it should be confirmed before running the fabricated news.

“I can’t even think of leaving Pakistan. Confirm before running such fabricated news,” Sarfaraz Ahmed emphasised during the interview with Samaa Digital.

“Sad to see such news.”

Sarfaraz Ahmed Record

Sarfaraz first burst onto the scene during the 2006 U-19 World Cup, and led his Pakistani side to a win in the tournament there. Overall, he has played 54 Tests for Pakistan and scored 3031 runs, at an average of 37.31. In 117 ODIs, he has scored 2315 runs at an average of 33.55. As far as the T20Is is concerned, he has 818 runs to his name.
