Brand of cricket remains same: SKY promises no change in style after becoming India captain in T20Is

IND vs SL: Suryakumar Yadav claims becoming captain has given him more responsibility, praises Riyan Parag's X-Factor in team

New India Cricket Team captain Suryakumar Yadav is unwilling to change his brand of cricket. The destructive batter has claimed that captaincy will be giving him additional responsibility, but that won’t change the style of his gameplay. Furthermore, SKY went on to reveal that Riyan Parag has the X-Factor that can change the matches of the country.

On the eve of the IND vs SL 1st T20I, Suryakumar Yadav attended the press conference. He claimed that nothing in the team has changed apart from the captaincy. Rohit Sharma was the previous captain, who retired after India lifted the ICC T20 World Cup at Barbados.

No change in Style!

Captaincy has given me added responsibility. But my brand of cricket remains the same,” Suryakumar Yadav said at the Press Conference.

Suryakumar Yadav is one of the most destructive batters in the shortest format of the game. The current World Number 2 batter single handedly can change the complexion of any game with six hitting abilities. But now his job has become more important. Rather than being the main man, he now has the burden of captaincy of the team.

But SKY is relatively happy with it. He claims that his brand of cricket won’t change. Once, he was the X-Factor of the team, but now it is time for him to pass on the baton. SKY has recognized young Riyan Parag as the X-Factor in the team. “Ryan Parag has a certain X-factor,” he claimed.
