Newly-appointed Test captain Shan Masood scored a brilliant ton on day 1 of the PAK vs PM XI tour game at the Manuka Oval In Canberra. While fans praised Masood’s brilliant knock, few fans didn’t shy away from trolling former Pakistan skipper Babar Azam.
Masood, who walked in at 3, stitched a crucial 92-run partnership with Babar as the duo put the visitors in command. However, the ex-skipper threw his wicket away on 40 after poking at a leg-side delivery in the 53rd delivery.
Netizens were quick to poke fun at Babar Azam and even drew comparisions between the current and former skippers.

Masood brought up his century in 169 balls and remained unbeaten on 156 as Pakistan finished with 324/6 on the opening day of the 4-day match.
The Test skipper got good support from former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed in the final session before latter’s departure on 41.
The 36-year-old is likely to get a chance in the AUS vs PAK Test series, starting December 14. Despite having Mohammad Rizwan as main wicketkeeper, captain Shan has hinted that both of them might play in the Test matches.
