After producing one of the best fast-bowling spell on Indian soil, Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah won hearts with the bat as he ground hard to provide support to Ravichandran Ashwin as the pair tried to add valuable runs to India’s total on Day 3 of the IND vs ENG 2nd Test.
Coming at number 9, Bumrah played 26 balls and batted close to an hour to frustrate the visitors. Bumrah held his end as Ashwin added 26 runs to extend India’s lead to 398.
