In a report recently published by SportsTak, the BCCI have issued a strict diet plan which is to be followed by all players mandatorily. The plan has directives to not consume pork and beef in any form in a bid to keep them healthy and fit. The report also stated that the players have been asked to consume meat only in halal form.
The decision comes after India’s dismal performance at the T20 World Cup, with India humiliatingly crashing out of the group stage with losses to Pakistan and New Zealand.
