Donovan Pagon was the second leading run-scorer of the ICC U19 World Cup 2002 which was played in New Zealand. Donovan Pagon scored 176 runs against Scotland in their opening fixture. Pagon went on to score 421 runs in seven innings with a century and two half-centuries in the campaign.

Cameron White was captain of Australia’s U19 team at the ICC U19 World Cup 2002. Cameron White was the leading run-scorer of the tournament with 423 runs in eight innings. Cameron White scored one century and two half-centuries in the campaign.

3. Brett Williams (U19 World Cup, 1988)

Brett Williams was the leading run-scorer of the inaugural edition of the ICC U19 World Cup in 1988. Part of Australia’s winning squad in 1988, Brett Williams scored 471 runs in nine innings. Williams scored two centuries and three half-centuries in his U19 World Cup campaign and led Australia to their first ever title win.

Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan was the leading run-scorer of the U19 World Cup 2004 which was played in Bangladesh. Shikhar Dhawan scored 505 runs in seven innings at an average of 84.16. He smashed three magnificent centuries in the tournament.

Dewald Brevis holds the record for smashing most runs in a single edition of the U19 World Cup. South Africa batter Dewald Brevis scored 506 runs in the U19 World Cup 2022 played in the West Indies.
