Irfan Pathan’s relationship with Pakistan fans is not amicable to say the least. Whenever India lose, Pathan’s X handle is bombarded with mocking remarks by fans across the border. However, Pathan was on the winning side on Sunday, and gave the Pakistan fans a piece of their own medicine.

Pathan didn’t spare Pakistan fans after their team’s dismal display. “Jitne bhi padosi Bakwas Kar rahe the ab Batana SUNDAY kesa Raha??,” he wrote on X.

Additionally, he also tweeted about the sincere fans of Pakistan. He explained that the Pakistan team had the advantage in bits and parts. However, he criticised Babar Azam and co’s batting unit, claiming that the team’s batting looked thin.
“And to all the honest Pakistani cricket fans. Your team did well in this game in many parts. Just couldn’t go to the finish line. Batting is thin. With this batting line up there always be trouble if pitch has something to offer and fielding is terrible to say the least,” he wrote.
