The next task for Bangladesh Cricket Team would be to face Team India away from home. After the Bengal Tigers clinched a stunning 2-0 win over Pakistan in Tests, the team has begun their camp to prepare against the Indian challenge. Last Sunday, Bangladesh began their practice camp in Mirpur.
Following their camp, the team will travel to India to play their IND vs BAN 1st Test in Chennai. Reflecting back on their tour of Pakistan, ace pacer Shoriful Islam has claimed that the Indian challenge would be greater than that of the Pakistan.

The confidence in the team is sky high after Bangladesh’s first ever whitewash against Pakistan in Tests. Alongside the spinners, the pacers too prevailed and thus Shoriful is ready for a healthy battle between the pacers in his squad.
“We will try to start [against India] with a win and as we are fresh off a good series [against Pakistan], everyone is confident. So, we will try to use that,” Shoriful told the BCB.
“They [India] are more experienced as a team compared to Pakistan and they are a big team. If we do well against a big side, worldwide we will be followed more and our games will be watched,” Shoriful concluded.
