Ben Stokes’s return for the Ashes series comes as a big boost for England. Playing one of the finest Test innings, Stokes broke many Australian hearts when he singlehandedly helped England win the Leeds Test back in August 2019.

Stokes loves playing against arch-rivals Australia as he averages 38.37 with the bat in the longer format. In 14 Tests against Australia, Stokes has scored 921 runs, including 3 hundred. He is handy with the ball too and has picked up 34 wickets returning with the best figures of 6/36.
