Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and others were cheered on by their better halves from the stands at the iconic venue. Apart from Anushka Sharma (Virat Kohli’s wife) and Ritika Sajdeh (Rohit Sharma’s wife), wife of Ravichandran Ashwin, Prithi Narayanan and the better half of Ravindra Jadeja, Rivaba Jadeja were also present on the stands to cheer for team in the mega clash.
Talking about the game, Mohammed Siraj has provided the breakthrough to Team India as he removed Babar Azam for 50. Currently, Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakeel are at the crease for three-down Pakistan. Earlier, India skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bowl against Pakistan in the ODI World Cup match on Saturday in Ahmedabad.
