India cricket team skipper Rohit Sharma survived yet another injury scare in the nets ahead of the IND vs PAK clash in New York on Sunday. As per reports, the Hitman was struck on his fingers during the team’s training session yesterday. Earlier, Rohit was forced to retire hurt after smashing a half-century in India’s T20 World Cup opener against Ireland after being hit on the elbow.

Rohit Sharma was it on the fingers by one of the deliveries from a throwdown specialist. However, the Indian skipper continued to bat after receiving immediate attention from support staff and the team physios. As per the report, Sharma continued batting a couple of minutes later, putting behind the injury scare.
