The Kolkata Knight Riders had a memorable night on May 26th as the team clinched the IPL trophy for the third time. But it looks like the excitement hasn’t worn off yet, as recently KKR star all-rounder Andre Russell was seen celebrating at the Knights’ final celebration party, showing his dance steps to the Bollywood song ‘Lutt Putt Gaya’ by his team’s owner, Shahrukh Khan.
Russell did wonders in the IPL final, especially with the ball, as he picked up three wickets and conceded just 19 runs in 2.3 overs. Kolkata beat SRH in the IPL 2024 final on Sunday, May 27th, at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Not for the first time, Russell showed his Bollywood dance steps
This is not the first time KKR knight Andre Russell has been showing his dancing steps. Recently, Russell made his music video debut as he was seen in a Hindi music dance video ‘Ladki Tu Kamaal Ki’.
Asset to Kolkata Knight Riders
There is no doubt that Russell is an asset for the Kolkata Knight Riders. Since 2014, he has been a key player for them, he has rarely failed to deliver for the KKR camp to date. In 2024 also, with his all-round attributes, he impressed everyone. In 15 matches this season, he not only made 222 runs with an impressive strike rate of 185, but this Jamaican cricketer also did wonders with the ball, picking up 19 wickets.
