The ninth edition of the Women’s T20 World Cup is set to begin soon, with 10 teams all vying for one prestigious trophy. The tournament will commence on October 3 in the UAE and will run for 17 days. Originally scheduled to take place in Bangladesh, it was later moved to the UAE due to political unrest. With high expectations, especially after the successful Men’s World Cup in June, it’s now time for the women to take center stage. But before the main event, warm-up games are set to take place, with a total of ten matches scheduled from September 28 to October 2.
Each team will play two warm-up fixtures before moving on to the main tournament. Check out the warm-up schedule to give cricket fans a clearer picture of the preparations.
