The All India Buchi Babu invitational cricket tournament, overseen by the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) is back after a five-year hiatus since its last edition in 2017. The twelve participating teams are grouped into four sets of three, with the leading team from each group advancing to the semifinals. The tournament’s culmination will occur in Coimbatore, with Take Sports securing the title sponsorship for the upcoming three years. Marking a precedent, the tournament’s longest edition spanning 28 days will transpire beyond Chennai, finding venues in Tirunelveli, Coimbatore, Salem, and Natham. This revival marks an exciting juncture for cricket enthusiasts and players alike. Check out the schedule, teams, groups, and venues of the tournament below.
