With 188 Test matches and more than 700 wickets, James Michael Anderson ended his cricketing career on a high. He played his last Test at the Mecca of cricket, Lords

James Anderson, who got the fairy tale ending after England won the first Test at Lord’s against the West Indies, also marked his 188th Test for England. Anderson, who has set various world records, including taking 700 wickets in Test cricket and playing the most Test matches for England, has now achieved a new and impressive record. He has secured the top spot for the most balls bowled by pacers after the age of 40.
