Dream Sports is India’s leading sports technology company with brands such as Dream11, FanCode, DreamX, DreamSetGo and DreamPay in its portfolio. Dream Sports is executing its vision of ‘TO BE THE WORLD’S BEST, LARGEST, AND MOST LOVED FANTASY SPORTS PLATFORM’.

Dream11 is the world’s largest fantasy sports platform with 120 million+ users playing fantasy cricket, & other global sports, on it. Dream11 is the flagship brand of Dream Sports, India’s leading Sports Technology Company and has partnerships with several national & international sports bodies and cricketers.

General Terms for all the Rights specified in this contract:

•    Term: 5 Years (Oct 2022, – Dec 2027)
•    Dream Sports Consolidated Value of all the Rights – 3.47 mn USD.
•    Permanent annual revenue stream for ACB: 10% from the primary and secondary sale of FAN-TOKENs and NFTs respectively.
•    ACB will give Dream11 the access to ACB media archive.

ACB contracted IP Rights summary 

ACB grants Dream Sports the following digital engagement rights exclusively on a worldwide basis. The launch and exercise of the Digital Engagement Rights is subject to the receipt of the licensed material (archived media).

•    NFT Moments/Digital Collectibles/ Player Cards: Dream Sports shall have the exclusive right to create NFT moments/Digital Collectibles, Player Cards and other digital assets using ACB’s media archive.
•    Fan Tokens:  Fan tokens can be thought of as a loyalty / exclusive membership program for fans to engage with teams associated with ACB. The membership can be verified and traded on the block-chain. A component of this membership is fan polls which give fans the ability to vote on softer elements for their team.
•    National Team Sponsorship:

Naseeb Khan the CEO of ACB, is glad to congratulate his countrymen on signing this contract. He states that ACB’s leadership is committed to revolutionary and skillful cricket development for its fans and the young generation who see their career in passionate sports like cricket. He also added that the ACB is in negotiations with other business entities to bring more sponsorship opportunities to ACB. “Our negotiations are on and we are hopeful to overcome our financial crisis by signing more sponsorship agreements with major business entities”. Naseeb Khan added.

Dream Sports are also thrilled to have entered into an agreement with the ACB and are looking forward to looking towards for long-term partnership with the Afghanistan Cricket Board.
