Aadha marne de na: Rohit Sharma’s cheeky jibe turns into a masterstroke as India claim 50-run victory

In the Super 8 clash again Bangladesh, Rohit provided some subtle advice to Kuldeep Yadav, which, guess what, was once again caught by the 'stump mic'.

You can’t keep Rohit Sharma away from the news, whether it’s news about his blistering runs or his’stump mic love affair’. There have been many incidents where Rohit Sharma has been seen, or, shall say, recorded, motivating his teammates or getting angry with them. The Hitman has set lots of records both with the bat and with his cheeky oneliners that have been recorded on the stump mic.

In the recently held Super Eight T20 World Cup game between India and Bangladesh, the stump mic caught the cheeky humor of Hitman Sharma while Kuldeep Yadav was bowling. Sharma scolded Kuldeep Yadav for not making the batter play a cross-batted shot. He said, ‘Kya kar raha hai yaar, aada marne de na. Abhi abhi aaya hai ye, ek abhi gaya aada maar ke, isko bhi maarne de na’ What are you doing? Let him sweep. (One just got out while sweeping; let him sweep too.).
