‘A Kannadiga who became heartbeat of UP’: KL Rahul turns 32, LSG pay heart-warming tribute

Lucknow Super Giants posts heart-warming post on KL Rahul's 32 birthday, LSG coach Justin Langer lavishes huge praises

Lucknow Super Giant has paid a heart-warming tribute to their KL Rahul. The ace batter and keeper turns 32 years old today. KL Rahul has been the skipper of the team since it’s inception in IPL 2022. LSG took to social media to claim how a Kannadiga became the heartthrob of Uttar Pradesh.

Happy Birthday KL Rahul

Arguably one of the most versatile batters that the country has produced. KL Rahul has been a faithful servant to the Indian Cricket Team. Be it from opening the innings with Rohit Sharma to anchoring the lower order, he has done it all.

From being an IPL Orange cap winner to slam the fastest hundred by an Indian in World Cups, KL Rahul has been a rock for the National Team. His contributions to Lucknow Super Giants is also great. He is a dependable leader who leads his side effectively behind the stumps.

“He is such a good player. KL Rahul is dangerous, such a beautiful elegant looking player,” said Lucknow Super Giants coach Justin Langer on KL Rahul’s birthday.

Despite numerous injuries, KL Rahul has gone on to comeback strongly. He played a crucial role for India in the ODI World Cup. And would be looking to replicate the same antics in the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup.
