Just 97 days—that’s how long fans have to wait for the IND vs PAK T20 World Cup 2024 clash. With a little over three months left, the ICC has given everyone a sneak peek at the construction of the venue as the craze for the event continues to build.
The match, which will take place at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York, started construction in just one month. While the much-awaited India vs Pakistan match will be played on June 9th, the first match at the ground will be played six days prior to that on June 3rd.
Delighted with the progress being made in the construction of the stadium ahead of the IND vs PAK T20 World Cup 2024 match, ICC Head of Events Chris Tetley said: “It is extremely exciting to see the progress made in the construction of the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York over the past month. Work on the outfield commenced in January and in the past few weeks the East Stand framework has really started to take shape.”
