England has been a dominating force ever since they adopted the new Bazball approach. Under the guidance of Brendon McCullum, England has never lost a series. However, former India Cricketer Aakash Chopra believes now England will lose a Test series with their aggressive Bazball approach.
After losing the Ashes 4-0 in 2022, England appointed Brendon McCullum who adopted this exciting and aggressive playing style. They blew West Indies apart and tied Ashes 2023 against the Aussies. However, England are yet to lose a Test series with their new approach.
“We have heard a lot of things about Bazball. And what do we see now? It is not Bazball, it is Jaisball as Yashasvi Jaiswal has showed how Test cricket should be played and how to dominate it. England haven’t lost a series since taking Bazball approach. But they will now,” Aakash Chopra said on his YouTube Channel..
England crumbled like a pack of cards on Day 1 of the Hyderabad Test. English skipper Ben Stokes was the saving grace with his crucial 70 run knock. England were bowled out for just mere 246 runs post Tea.
Aakash Chopra now believes that the streak will come to an end. With how the Three Lions have played, Chopra believes it is just a matter of time. The writing is already on the wall and a 5-0 clean sweep is loading in favour of the Indians.
