Another factor working against Harry Brook is his lack of attention this year. Most IPL teams have already secured solid batters in their squads through retention. One of the main reasons why Harry Brook could go unsold is his high base price. His base price for this auction is 2 crore rupees, which is quite high, especially when many top Indian and foreign players are also up for grabs. While Brook is a talented batter, his inability to contribute as an all-rounder could make it difficult for teams to justify the high price tag.
