Sourav Ganguly

Having served as a Director of Cricket to DC for many years, Ganguly may become the head coach of the franchise. Since he already understands the DC culture and has shown interest in being a head coach, he is clearly a front-runner for the post. One more surprising name that may take charge is Sri Lankan former champion batter Mahela Jayawardene. Mahela stepped down as head coach of the Mumbai Indians in 2022.
