Conor McGregor gives honest opinion on KSI knocking out Joe Fournier
Recently, social media went crazy after the big knockout at KSI vs Fournier. The YouTuber-turned-boxer knocked out the British businessman and boxer in the second round with KO. However, this knockout wasn’t fully a boxing maneuver as he landed an elbow to knock his opponent. The former UFC Champion Conor McGregor was asked about his opinion on this boxing clash.
Responding to the fan, McGregor said, “I seen it, I liked it. He goin’, fair play, KSI.”

Although McGregor replied calmly on this comment this was a fair play if it would have been in MMA. However, in boxing, it is not recognized as a valid move and the Notorious has experienced this firsthand when he fought Floyd Mayweather.

Many fans are upset about this knockout by KSI as it is not a valid win for him. During the post-fight interview, KSI disagreed landing an elbow on his opponent which also pulled some heat on him. Eventually, he retained the MF Cruiserweight title against Fournier. On the other hand, Fournier was hit so hard that he didn’t realize what happened after getting hit by the elbow.
KSI and Tommy Fury stare down in the boxing ring
After a knockout win, Tommy Fury stepped inside the ring to face KSI. Both men confronted each other and were about to brawl inside the ring but they were separated quickly. KSI vs Tommy Fury is the next fight but there is no actual date fixed for it. However, the YouTuber sensation is willing to fight Tommy Fury as soon as possible probably in August after Jake Paul vs Nate Diaz.
