The forthcoming Conor McGregor film will be a remake of the 1989 action film Road House starring Patrick Swayze. According to Deadline, he will appear alongside the already-announced Jake Gyllenhaal in the movie. He will join a larger ensemble that already includes Bob Menery, Dominique Columbus, Beau Knapp, Billy Magnussen, Daniela Melchior, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Lukas Gage, Hannah Love Lanier, and B.K. Cannon.

Daniela uploaded a photo of Ewan McGregor wearing makeup and mentioned that her portion of the filming was finished. The image that Daniela shared is shown below. McGregor also left a heart-shaped emoji comment on the article. She added that working with the former UFC double champion was a wonderful experience. “He’s awesome! So forward-thinking and positive! Very pleasant to deal with,” Daniela remarked in one of her remarks.

Conor McGregor’s role in Roadhouse
The only thing currently known about Conor McGregor’s character is that he won’t appear as a cameo version of himself but rather as an original character. Interest in casting him in a role on the big screen has long been high due to his loud nature and vast appeal. According to the reports, McGregor has been hesitant to make the switch, claiming he’d hold off until the ideal role came along. He viewed the original Road House when he was approached about it, so when the possibility to join the remake came up, he leaped at the chance, given the new direction the film was taking under director Doug Liman and writers Anthony Bagarozzi and Charles Mondry.

Former UFC champion Conor McGregor just shared a funny image to promote his upcoming movie, “Roadhouse.” He was seen acting like he was on a phone call while seated on his sofa. “Want to know how talented I am as an actor?” he added in the post. “This phone isn’t even in use. I’ll be appearing on “Roadhouse” soon.” Additionally, he included tags for his film co-stars.
