On his Instagram story, Ranveer Singh shared a picture with the new UFC lightweight champion, Islam Makhachev, at the 2022 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

F1 host Martin Brundle invited the Indian actor to identify himself in a video that has gone viral on social media. When Martin asked Ranveer how he was doing on the video when they first spoke at the event, the actor responded, “I can sense the adrenaline and excitement.” Martin said to Ranveer, “I have just forgotten who you are. Could you help remind me?” Ranveer responded, “Sir, I’m a Bollywood actor. My hometown is Mumbai, India. I work as a performer.”

UFC news: Indian stars and Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh at UFC 280
Before this, Many Bollywood celebrities, including Ranveer Singh and Vijay Devrakonda, had traveled to Abu Dhabi for UFC 280 to watch the highly awaited fight between Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev.
Before the main fights began, Ranveer Singh discussed his emotions on the official UFC Instagram account. “We are going to watch the world’s best fighters going toe to toe at the greatest level,” he said. “This is my first battle ever, and I can’t even begin to describe how thrilled I am. I’m sitting here at the ringside, and I can hear the punches.”

The main event of UFC 280 featured two of the best fighters in the world. Most spectators anticipated the brawl to be competitive because Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev entered the fight on notable winning streaks. Makhachev, though, triumphed in what proved to be a commanding performance.
