Christian Horner is loving his life at the top of F1 right now. Red Bull has produced one of the most dominant cars in history. In the hands of Max Verstappen, the car is ridiculously quick, and they are on track to break multiple records. F1 is enjoying a good time on the world stage as well. Filming has begun for the new F1 movie starring Brad Pitt, directed by Joseph Kosinski, and involving Lewis Hamilton.
The New F1 Movie
Lewis Hamilton has an extensive involvement in this new movie. He is an Executive Producer and is giving a lot of input for the movie. While his exact role is unknown, Toto Wolff is a part of the movie as well. Mercedes and the Carlin Racing Team have been heavily involved in setting up the fictional Apex GP team.

The movie will be utilizing two Formula 2 chassis modified for the sole purpose of filming. Apart from setting up the cars, Mercedes also helped them set up a fictional garage in the pit lane. Apparently, they did such a good job that a few real-life teams were jealous.
The Apex GP team hit the track for the first time during the Silverstone GP. Brad Pitt was on track and even drove the car himself. They were also present during the Hungarian GP. Brad Pitt chose to skip the event in support of the strike in Hollywood. So what does Christian Horner think of all this?

Christian Horner has said that this movie is an amazing thing for F1. Taking F1 to the big screens is an amazing venture according to the Red Bull boss. He has recently marveled at the growing interest in the sport across the world, especially in America.
Given the involvement of Lewis Hamilton and Toto Wolff, he was quick to take a shot at them. He is certain that both of them will portray Red Bull as the bad guys and the villains. 2021 is still fresh in everyone’s memories.
