It seems as though Ziyech’s move has collapsed at the final hurdle. Ziyech was set to leave the Blues on loan until the end of the season.
But reports in France say that Chelsea failed to complete their paperwork on time. It is claimed that both clubs signed the necessary paperwork to get the deal over the line. But, Chelsea did not send the required documents on time.

One journalist claimed that there is no chance of the deal being resuscitated. With Ziyech allegedly stuck in PSG headquarters, it is thought there is very little possibility an appeal will result in anything. PSG will reportedly appeal to Ligue Un because they are reportedly quite dissatisfied with the situation.

The Moroccan international, who is currently stranded in Paris, is even alleged to have offered financial assistance to push through the deal. PSG attempted to lure Ziyech to Parc des Princes on loan with an option to buy as Hakim fell down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
