Watch: The top five Artur Beterbiev knockouts

The 37-year-old Russian-born boxer is undoubtedly one of the sport’s most frightening figures. The 18-0 boxer, who is unbeaten, has astonished fans with his performances over the years with his savage knockouts. It goes without saying that he has an aggressive boxing style. Even the boxer he defeated said that he strikes more forcefully than a vehicle does, calling it the most terrifying moment of his life.

Talking about his KO’s, the first name that pops into mind is Reiko Saunders. The Russian boxer unleashed a powerful combination to send his opponent to the ground before launching stunning punches and hooks to the body. Eventually, he struck a terrible right that put Sanders’ light out.

Beterbiev vs Campillo

On April 4, 2015, Beterbiev defeated Spanish boxer Gabriel Campillo via 4th round KO. Beterbiev was 30 years old with a record of 8-0 (8 KOs). Campillo was 36 years old with a record of 25-6-1 (12 KOs).

There was a significant power difference between the boxers which was visible from the start, as the Russian knocked the Spanish fighter to the ground in the opening round. And after pummeling him to round four, he eventually knocked Campillo out.

Marcus Browne

It’s believed that his bout with American boxer Marcus Browne was one of his fiercest fights and turned into carnage. Beterbiev, who also successfully defended his WBC and IBF light-heavyweight belts knocked Marcus Brown out in the ninth round.

It was one of the hardest fights of his career, but by putting pressure on Browne throughout the contest, he eventually knocked him out with an uppercut.

Joe Smith Jr. Got Ko’ed in Round 3

The highly anticipated fight between American boxer Joe Smith Jr. and Beterbiev last year ended with a TKO in the second round for Smith Jr. Beterbiev won the WBO light-heavyweight championship and successfully defended his WBC and IBF light-heavyweight championships like he did on several occasions. Henceforth, this performance ranks as the finest among all of Beterbiev’s battles.

Radnoni Prieto

This fight ended pretty quickly after taking a huge shot in the opening round Prieto was never in the match and seemed clueless. And the Paraguayan boxer in 1st round got lost to Beterbiev.
